My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. On the bright side, the rooms were fantastic and clean, much larger than expected with an exceptionally clean bathroom and plenty of wardrobe space. Sadly, the service left much to be desired as nobody helped us with luggage when the elevator wasn't working, which was quite disappointing.

The service, on the other hand, was exceptional despite some issues with staff behavior. The location was pleasant with a beautiful view of the mountains, but the pool depth was a letdown. Dining options were limited, but traditional local products were available. Overall, it was a decent stay with room for improvement.
